Where this came from
It started on a balance beam
at the University of Texas.
As a collegiate gymnast, our coach asked each of us to lose 5 pounds before a competition. The approach she gave us was simple. No complicated rules. No extremes. Just a clear, repeatable method — and it worked.
That was decades ago. The method never changed — because it never needed to. Over the years, friends asked about it. They tried it. It worked for them too.
